The waterproofing of building walls is a complicated and complex matter. This could be due to inadequate flashing systems, poor drainage and weep systems, and/or deteriorated materials. Water intrusion will damage interior finishes, further degrade exterior substrate and adversely affect working/living conditions thus, in turn, diminishing the value of the property.
