This baymont inn is located in Tampa, Florida. The before photo shows how the property was outdated. Several new properties had been built around this Baymont Inn, therefore to stay in competition, a face lift was necessary.
The owners presented their concept to U.S. Exterior. The scope of work included removing the damaged t-111 siding and installing a new EIFS system, adding new crown molding to the top, adding trim on all elevations, installing new canopies and railings, adding new uplighting and finally recoating the building.
