US Handyman Service is delighted to announce Lynn Harnishfeger as its new Executive Vice President. Lynn brings a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership and strategic acumen to this pivotal role.

As Executive Vice President, Lynn will play a crucial role in driving US Handyman’s continued growth and success in the facilities industry. Her responsibilities include overseeing new
partnerships, guiding corporate strategy, and fostering market growth.

Lynn has a distinguished career, demonstrating exceptional leadership in various industry organizations. She served as the RFMA 2018 Vendor Board Representative and was honored as
Vendor of the Year for her contributions to the restaurant industry. Lynn also served on the PRSM Board of Directors, 2008 as a retailer for 3 years and 2013 as a vendor board member.

Lynn’s journey in facilities management began in 2001 with Dollar Tree Stores, where she managed store facilities. In 2008, she transitioned to the vendor side. With over 24 years of
industry experience, Lynn possesses a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strategic vision that aligns perfectly with the goals of the Moore Family and US Handyman Service.

Rory Moore is Promoted!

US Exterior is pleased to announce the promotion of Rory Moore to the position of Manager of Production Services. In his new role, he will be overseeing the field production teams, purchasing and scheduling of projects. Rory has been with US Exterior for 15 years. He started when he was in high school working part time in the warehouse and occasionally in the field.

While attending Waubonsee Community College he worked in the field while earning 2 business management degrees. Upon graduation, he moved to full-time field-technician, working his way up to a crew supervisor. In 2016, Rory was recognized at RFMA’s Annual Conference, receiving the Shooting Star Award for his leadership, project management and customer service.

Two years ago, he took on the management of traveling projects. Drawing on his education, field technician knowledge and management experience, he became the clear choice to take on this leadership role. Rory has really embraced his career and lived up to the motto of a Life Scout, be prepared.
